1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PageHox, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you are using PageHox on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of PageHox immediately.

2. Description of Service

PageHox is a Facebook Page broadcasting and Messenger automation platform that enables businesses and page owners to send bulk messages to their Facebook Page audience, manage Messenger contacts, schedule broadcasts, and track message delivery in real time.

PageHox operates through Facebook's official Messaging API and is designed to be fully compliant with Meta's Platform Policies. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of PageHox also complies with all applicable Meta policies, platform rules, and local laws.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use PageHox, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately at support@pagehox.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

PageHox reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly where we believe the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating purposes.

You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, bans, or free trial limitations.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with 5,000 complimentary credits upon account registration. The free trial is subject to the following conditions:

• One free trial per person and per email address
• Facebook Pages connected during the trial period are permanently marked as trial-used and are not eligible for another free trial under a different account
• Trial credits expire at the end of the 3-day trial period and cannot be carried over to a paid plan
• PageHox reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice

5. Credits, Payments, and Billing

PageHox operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time a message is sent through the platform.

Credit Purchases

Credits can be purchased through the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card via our secure payment processor (Lemon Squeezy)
• Binance USDT cryptocurrency payment (subject to manual verification)

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). PageHox reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing users with reasonable notice.

Binance USDT Payments

Payments made via Binance USDT are subject to manual verification by our team. Credits will be activated upon successful verification of payment proof. PageHox reserves the right to reject payment requests that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent.

Refund Policy

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of PageHox in exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@pagehox.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting PageHox support may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage users to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing issues.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

PageHox is a professional messaging platform designed for legitimate business communication. By using PageHox, you agree not to use the platform for any of the following:

Prohibited Content

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any form of messaging harassment
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory
• Phishing, scam messages, or any attempt to defraud recipients
• Content that violates Meta's Community Standards or Messaging Policies
• Promotion of illegal products, services, or activities
• Adult content, gambling promotions (where prohibited), or content targeting minors

Prohibited Behavior

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial system
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the PageHox platform
• Selling, transferring, or sublicensing your account to another party
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the PageHox platform outside of its intended functionality
• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or any code designed to harm the platform or its users

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

7. Facebook and Meta Platform Compliance

PageHox integrates with Facebook's official Messaging API. Your use of PageHox is additionally governed by:

• Meta's Terms of Service (facebook.com/terms)
• Meta's Platform Policy (developers.facebook.com/policy)
• Meta's Messaging Policy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your broadcasts comply with all Meta platform rules. PageHox does not guarantee that messages sent through the platform will be delivered, as delivery is subject to Facebook's own systems, algorithms, and policies.

PageHox will not be held liable for any restrictions, penalties, or bans applied to your Facebook Page by Meta as a result of your messaging activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, software, and technology associated with PageHox — including but not limited to the PageHox name, logo, dashboard, and underlying code — are the exclusive intellectual property of PageHox Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of PageHox without express written permission from PageHox Private Limited.

You retain ownership of the content and messages you create and send through PageHox. By using our platform, you grant PageHox a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of PageHox is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using PageHox, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

PageHox takes the security of your data seriously. However, no system is entirely secure, and PageHox cannot guarantee absolute security of your account or data.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

PageHox strives to maintain high availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

PageHox reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time
• Change pricing, credit packages, or plan structures with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms and Conditions at any time

When material changes are made to these Terms, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of PageHox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

PageHox reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Violation of Meta's platform policies through your use of PageHox
• Fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or chargebacks
• Abusive behavior toward PageHox staff or other users
• Any activity that poses a risk to the platform, its users, or third parties

Upon termination, your access to PageHox will be immediately revoked. Any unused credits at the time of termination for policy violations will be forfeited without refund.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@pagehox.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PageHox Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions or delivery failures
• Actions taken by Meta or Facebook against your Page or account
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security

PageHox's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PageHox in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PageHox Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the PageHox platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any Meta platform policy
• Any content you send through PageHox that causes harm to a third party

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

If you have a dispute with PageHox, we encourage you to contact us first at support@pagehox.com to resolve the matter amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
