4. Facebook Platform Compliance

By using the Service, you agree to comply with Facebook's Platform Terms and Messenger Platform Policies. This includes but is not limited to:

• Only messaging users who have previously initiated contact with your Facebook Page
• Respecting the 24-hour messaging window for standard messages
• Using message tags only for their approved purposes
• Not sending spam, promotional content outside allowed windows, or misleading messages
• Complying with all applicable Facebook policies and guidelines

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious content

6. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system for broadcast messages. Credits are consumed when broadcast messages are sent. Unused credits may expire according to the terms of your subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
