1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, purchase credits, or contact our support team, we collect:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password
- Payment information — transaction details, billing records, and for Binance payments, the email address and payment screenshot you submit for verification (we do not store card details — these are handled securely by our payment processor)
- Communications — any messages, support requests, or feedback you send to our team
Information Collected Automatically
When you use PageHox, we automatically collect certain technical information:
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, broadcasts created, and interactions with the dashboard
- Device and browser information — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Log data — server logs including timestamps, error reports, and performance data
- Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used
Information From Facebook and Meta
When you connect your Facebook Page to PageHox, we receive data from Facebook's API, including:
- Your Facebook Page name, Page ID, and profile picture
- Access tokens necessary to send messages on your behalf
- Messenger contact data associated with your Page (PSIDs and conversation metadata)
We only request the Facebook permissions necessary to provide our service. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, your friends list, or any data beyond what is required to operate the broadcasting functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the PageHox service
- Creating and managing your account
- Processing credit purchases and verifying payments
- Connecting your Facebook Pages and sending broadcasts on your behalf
- Displaying delivery statistics and campaign analytics
To communicate with you
- Sending transactional emails such as account confirmations, payment receipts, trial notifications, and broadcast summaries
- Sending service announcements, security alerts, and policy updates
- Responding to your support requests and inquiries
To improve our platform
- Analyzing usage patterns to identify bugs, improve features, and optimize performance
- Understanding how users interact with broadcasts and the dashboard
- Conducting internal research and development
To protect the platform and its users
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, spam, and policy violations
- Enforcing our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy
- Monitoring for suspicious activity and unauthorized access
To comply with legal obligations
- Maintaining records required by applicable Pakistani law

4. Facebook Data and Messenger Contacts
When you use PageHox to send broadcasts, the platform accesses the Messenger contact data (PSIDs) associated with your Facebook Page. This data is used solely to deliver the messages you create.
PageHox does not:
- Store Messenger message content beyond what is necessary for delivery tracking
- Share your audience's contact data with any third party
- Use your Messenger contacts for any purpose other than delivering your broadcasts
- Build advertising profiles from your audience's data
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of your audience's data complies with Meta's policies and any applicable privacy laws.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:
- Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and for up to 12 months after account deletion
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required for financial record-keeping
- Broadcast data and delivery logs are retained for 12 months from the date of the broadcast
- Support communications are retained for 2 years
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Data Security
PageHox takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures include:
- Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
- Secure password hashing
- Row-level security on our database
- Access controls limiting which team members can access user data
- Regular security reviews and monitoring
While we take data security seriously, no system is completely immune to breaches. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@pagehox.com.
- Correction — If any of your information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can update it directly in your account settings or by contacting us.
- Deletion — You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data. Note that some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes as described in our Data Retention policy.
- Disconnect Facebook Page — You can disconnect your Facebook Page from PageHox at any time through the dashboard. This will revoke PageHox's access to your Page data.
- Opt out of marketing emails — You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Transactional emails related to your account cannot be disabled.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pagehox.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
PageHox is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and any associated data.

10. International Data Transfers
PageHox is based in Pakistan. By using our platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored in Pakistan and in other countries where our service providers operate, including the United States and the European Union.

PageHox may contain links to third-party websites, including Facebook and Meta platforms. This Privacy Policy applies only to PageHox. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the PageHox platform.
The updated Privacy Policy will be effective as of the date indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of PageHox after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
